Anup is an entrepreneurial leader.

Anup has been the Group Chief Operating Officer at WNS, a leading global IT Enabled Services (ITES) company with revenue of more than $300 million, where he was responsible for global operations comprising over 20,000 employees across 7 countries. In his 8 year tenure, Anup played a key role in transforming WNS from an early stage company into a top tier global business which witnessed rapid growth and listed on the NYSE.

Previously, Anup was a Principal with eVentures India, a pioneer in the venture capital sector in India. At eVentures, he focused on developing services and consumer start-ups many of which have become market leading companies, such as CustomerAsset (acquired by Firstsource), Makemytrip (sale to SAIF partners) and Netmagic, along with Sandeep Singhal, a co-founder of Nexus. Prior to eVentures, Anup was a Management Consultant at Booz & Company, where he worked with a several industrial companies in India.

Anup graduated at the top of his classes from both IIM, Calcutta and IIT Kharagpur.
